Pepper Steak

This pepper steak is SO flavorful and tender. The vegetables add a nice crunch to the dish. One word-DELICIOUS! Don’t forget to serve with some warm brown rice.

My little sister requested this recipe so I had to pull through. The picture honestly doesn’t do it justice. This dish looked so amazing I didn’t want to touch it. And the taste, forget about it. Ginger and garlic are a powerful duo. My tastebuds were blessed by this dish. The aroma of the vegetables sauteing was just everything. And those onions, baby. I love onions. I have to confess, when I gave my boyfriend his plate, I ate all the onions off. Don’t tell him. P.S- If you have a date planned for your significant other make this dish. They’ll love you forever. Don’t be like me, leave their onions alone.
