Honey Garlic Shrimp, Chicken Sausage, and Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound smoked sausage (such as kielbasa), sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Sausage:
  4. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add the sliced sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until browned and heated through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Cook the Broccoli:
  7. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed.
