Garlic Butter Lobster Tails with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails, shells removed and cleaned

2 tbsp olive oil (or butter for richer flavor)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Lobster Tails:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center. Pull the meat slightly out of the shell for even cooking.

Brush the lobster meat with olive oil or melted butter.

Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the lobster.

2️⃣ Bake Lobster Tails:

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and firm (internal temperature ~140°F/60°C).

3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Cream Sauce:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt
