4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
500 g (about 1 lb) Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional, for a sweet tang)

3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
1 cup milk (or half milk, half cream for richness)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, adds depth)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
